Lori Adler manages our Public Relations/Marketing and is a pro with social media. Lori has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Oakland City University. Lori comes to us with a vast background including social media, administrative support, customer service, telemarketing, and new employee training. Lori has an understanding and caring heart. She is very passionate about helping people and giving back. Pam Barnette is a Career Specialist after several years as Regional Human Resources Manager at Montgomery Wards. She has earned her Masters in Counseling/Sociology from East Texas State University and Bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology from University of Florida. Pam has a thriving vocational consulting business specializing in Labor Market Surveys for litigated cases as well as helping recovering, homeless addicts find employment. Ray Morrison is a Senior Job Placement Specialist. He served as a Drug & Alcohol Counselor at Southern Indiana Treatment Center for 6 years prior to joining Employment Options. Part of Ray’s duties as a counselor included job placement and his experience shows. Ray is quite successful at helping ticket-holders get hired. Ray holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bachelor of General Studies with focuses in psychology, theater and business. ______________________________________________________
Suzanne Cutler is an Employment Specialist. Her background includes 17 years in human resources with companies such as Campbell-Ewald Advertising, CBS/Fox Video, and Little Caesar Enterprises. Suzanne earned a PhD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, MEd from Kent State University, and BA from Spring Arbor University. She has also completed training in Quality of Life Coaching at MentorCoach in Bethesda, Maryland. ______________________________________________________
Derek Lewis is our National Media Director with a strong background in sales, customer service, telemarketing management, training, collections and fundraising. Derek is also the Promotional Director for the Annual Save a Child Foundation Celebrity Golf Outing. Derek goes the extra mile helping ticket-holders who need help navigating the system. Sarah Lind is a Counselor Assistant. She was a family counselor for eight years before joining the Employment Options team in December 2010. Sarah has been a supporter of Employment Options from its inception. Earlier in her career, Sarah successfully managed an employment agency office for four years. Sarah is known for finding good job matches for clients. Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Ethel Lawrence comes to us with 20 years of HR experience with WalMart. Ethel knows what it takes to get hired and she loves using her experience to help people with disabilities return to work. Living in the state of Oklahoma, her husband is a rancher and likes horses and cows. Ethel prefers cities and people. When she is not working, she is busy with her four grown children and seven grandchildren.

Lisa Seeley is a counselor assistant. She attended Cayuga Community College and majored in Early Childhood Development. She is driven to help our clients find empowering and successful employment. Seeing clients working is a major reward. When she is not working she is busy caring for her family- Husband, Kevin and her two children Mikey and Madelyn. Lisa has been with Employment Options since April 2010.
