Customer Service Rep (MEO-528B)

States Hiring In: Kansas, Kentucky, North Dakota, New York, Oregon, Washington only

Job Details: (Seasonal). Hiring to start immediately. New classes starting every week. Paid training (2 1/2 weeks). Permanent positions possible for best agents. $9.00 per/hour. 30-40 hrs/week with Overtime. 3 Schedules available.

Job Description: Agents will be assisting customer of major on-line retailer. Duties will include: Trouble shooting, billing, post order issues, 3^rd party selling, and refunds. (no sales).

Minimum Requirements: Dec. mandatory overtime – will be required to work week-ends and holidays.

Computer Requirements:*

- Computer (PC)
- Windows 7 only
- High Speed Internet Service
- 2.8 Ghz processor
- 4GB of RAM or greater
-20 GB available on hard drive

*Employer will reimburse cost of extra ram – up to $60 per ram or cost to upgrade to Windows 7 – Maximum total allowance $80.00
