Job Details: Full Time position.  Hours 8am to 5pm. No benefits.

Job Description:  Administrative Assistant assigned to support a department within an international pharmaceutical company.

(Duties may include but are not limited to): Providing meeting scheduling via outlook. Transcribing meeting notes. Monitoring email correspondence. Posting expense reports. Arranging travel. Editing PowerPoint slides and editing Excel spreadsheets. Assistant may also be asked to learn internal client specific applications and provide data entry support.

Minimum Requirements: (Prefer Service Disabled Veteran, or Disabled Needing to work from home, Military Spouse).  Typing speed minimum 30 words per minute. Excellent grammar and professional telephone and email correspondence skills.  Must be articulate.

Preferred: Minimum 2 yrs similar experience with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks working under pressure.

Computer Requirements: Administrative Support personnel are supplied with a laptop which is used solely for the client’s business. The laptop will have all of the applications required to perform responsibilities. If a printer or other peripheral equipment is required, the client will supply. We advise employees to include the laptop on home owners’ insurance policy.

▫   Normally DSL and Cable broadband connections will provide the proper speed. Employees are financially responsible for the monthly cost of broadband service.

▫   All employees are required to have a phone with unlimited long distance for team meetings. This phone whether land line or cell phone is the financial responsibility of the employee.
