Job Details:    Full-Time only.  Eligible for all applicable benefits on first day of employment.  Paid hourly.  Some weekends required.

Job Description:   Assist customers with troubleshooting and billing issues for a wireless business customer base.  Receiving inbound calls of a troubleshooting and billing nature, in a contact center environment.  Independently resolving customer complaints, concerns and inquiries with regard to their wireless service. (Troubleshooting, Billing Inquiries, Account Changes, Upgrades, Upgrade Feature Sales are call types)

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or GED.  Performs background checks as a condition of employment for all positions.   Cell phone and computer knowledge/background.  Ability to multi-task.  Several years customer service background preferred.
