Job Description: Will be in charge of providing friendly, helpful, and professional service to assist the incoming calls and e-mails of customers. Company is a virtual global workforce of home-based employee specialists who provide customers with immediate support and expertise around the clock and around the world.
Minimum Requirements: Strong to advanced PC skills required. Good oral/written communication skills. Must be willing/able to work weekends and holidays. Must be comfortable with using the Internet and email. (All candidates are required to complete drug testing and criminal background screening and employment is contingent on successfully passing.)
