Job Description
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective strategies to increase sales and market share in the United States, leveraging knowledge of local trends and preferences.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the U.S. market, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market studies and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and new consumer demands in the outerwear sector.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing: Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentations to contract negotiation and closing sales, ensuring sales targets and margins are met.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure outerwear collections align with market expectations and customer demands.
- Travel and Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients and trade shows in the United States to present products, gather feedback, and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in outerwear sales or related apparel sales in the U.S. market.
- S. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the outerwear market in the U.S., including fashion trends, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
- Mexican Culture Familiarity: Familiarity with Mexican culture and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners in both Mexico and the U.S.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field.
