Pay: $14.50 per hour

SPLIT SCHEDULING WILL BE AVAILABLE

Training 4 weeks, the last 2 weeks are nesting live calls and are 100% webcam
The training schedule is 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST 4 weeks 100% attendance

Work schedule after training will be in 9 am to 9 pm EST

Hiring through Sept, Oct, & Nov

Training classes will have a supervisor and a mentor from the start through nesting

Assessments –typing test 25 wpm and are timed 1 min, along with basic computer, technology, personality, basic aptitude, math included

Requirements

  • High School or GED, education will need to be verified
  • Must have 1 year of call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Professional and level-headed
  • High-quality customer support
  • Quickly transition from one task to another
  • Confident with using 12 applications simultaneously
  • Keyboard shortcuts CTR C, CTR V, CTR Z, ALT+TAB, & ALT+F4

Calls require excellent research skills, Website navigation, claim denials, health insurance policy status explanations, provide tech support, and eligible expenses.

Need to provide 2 / 22-inch dual monitors with a video adaptor.

The CPU is provided
Must be hardwired Ethernet Computer Connections, NO WIRELESS INTERNET
ALL WORK MUST BE IN A PRIVATE WORK ENVIRONMENT DUE TO HIPAA LAWS
