Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough physical assessments and reviewing medical histories to evaluate patients’ conditions.
Creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
Implementing therapeutic exercises and training programs to enhance mobility and functionality.
Educating patients and their families about injury prevention, wellness, and recovery processes.
Monitoring and documenting progress towards rehabilitation objectives, adjusting treatments as necessary.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintaining precise patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
