key role in supporting our industrial customers by providing top-tier
service, processing orders, and assisting our outside sales team.
Key Responsibilities
– Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, stock
availability, and shipping dates.
– Process phone orders, prepare price quotes, and enter sales data
accurately.
– Fulfill orders to customer specifications and help source industrial
products.
– Partner with the outside sales team to provide administrative and
quote support.
