How to Send in Pay Stubs

The easiest way to send in your pay stubs is via email: 

EMAIL PAY STUBS TO:
[email protected]

Please save pay stub files as a PDF and attach to the email using the naming format below:
    Last Name First Initial Start thru End:  
  –Example:  Smith J.  2-2-25 thru 2-18-25

How to Save and Name the Paystub Attachment: (SEI)
    Last Name First Initial which SEI quarter it is:
  –Example:  Smith J  4th Qtr 2025 SEI
