As a Senior Medical Equipment Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for supporting other Sr. Medical Equipment Planners on as-needed basis as well as managing own projects
• Plan and conduct inventory of existing equipment
• Develop equipment room legends
• Assist in conducting user group meetings
• Maintain/update project meeting notes
• Develop and manage equipment budgets
• Assist with identifying equipment placement on drawings
• Maintain/update master equipment list
• Manage the Procurement Management phase for major projects
• Coordinate the delegation of work to India based staff as necessary
• Generate monthly billings
• Update WIP and monthly PM reports
• Assist with business development

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills, education, and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Clinical Engineering or other related field
• Professional Engineer License
• Minimum 5-10 years in equipment planning, materials management, supply chain, clinical engineering or related field
• Ability to manage all activities related to delivering MEQ services
• Ability to travel as deemed necessary – 40%
• Understanding of basic construction terminology and processes (including reading floor plans) • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment
• Proficient in utilizing web-based equipment planning software tool (Attainia)
• Highly proficient in time management, organization and planning prioritization
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
