Psychometric Rater – Position Overview:
Salary: $63,000 – Negotiable based on experience
The Psychometric Rater is responsible for administering and interpreting quantitative and qualitative tests to measure neurological and psychological variables related to various diseases to determine eligibility to participate in clinical trials.
Note: The position requires on-site presence at the Orlando, FL location. Fluent Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential. Salary is negotiable based on experience. In addition, A Master’s Degree and at least one year of experience working in a clinical trial is required. The company will consider a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master’s Degree and one year working in a clinical trial.
One year of experience in psychometry or a field that includes patient assessments (such as psychology), or another relevant role.
Knowledge, familiarity, and experience performing a variety of rating scales is preferred. Examples include the ADAS-Cog, ADCS-ADL, CDR, CGI, C-SSRS, FAQ, FCSRT, GDS, MDS-UPDRS, MoCA, MMSE, RAVLT, RBANS, SLUMS, WAIS-IV, and WOMAC.
Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Required at Orlando, FL location only.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Education: Master’s degree (or PhD) required – preferably in psychology, mental health, counseling, or a related field.
Licensure: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) strongly preferred.
Rater Qualification Certificate preferred.
Work professionally with a diverse range of individuals applying to participate in clinical trials.
Maintain excellent communication with all team members.
Conduct a variety of psychometric rating scales for clinical trials and calculate and utilize rating scale results to determine protocol eligibility.
Ensure excellent communication and documentation regarding rating issues with the clinical team, sponsor, CRO, monitors, auditors, and/or central rating group.

Review ratings across studies and subjects to ensure efficacy and consistency.
