Assist manager with executive duties including telephonic and on-site customer service, including answering phone, composing letters, email and other forms of correspondence, on-line purchasing, booking appointments, and bookkeeping in QuickBooks.

Social Media: Knowledgeable about different social media platforms and how to use them to promote more traffic, search, and communicate with potential customers.

Emotional /Mental Requirements – Patient, friendly, good with people, good listener, maintain pleasant appearance, able to multitask and work with frequent interruptions. Has Good attention span (ability to stay focused on task) The ability to organize, plan and prioritize.

Physical/ Environmental Requirements– Ability to sit /stand for extended periods, able to see, speak and hear to directly relate to customers and work with blueprints, and drawings. On-site only. Virtual not available at this time.
