Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Excel report creation and weekly updates to supplier pivot tables
– Sales analysis and forecasting
– PowerPoint decks for sales presentations to airline customers and marketing presentations to principals
– Support completing customer bids
– Monthly sales and activity reporting to the company owner
– Creation of a monthly eNews letter to customers
– Overall responsibility for all tasks associated with the annual
trade show, including managing key contact lists and customer
invites, booth graphics, and maintenance of all booth materials
– Manage ongoing updates to the airline industry overview deck
presented to our principals, including all charts and graphs
– Ad hoc projects and analysis as needed Qualifications
EXPECTATIONS
– Must possess a strong level of curiosity and aptitude toward learning new tasks
– Quickly develop a working knowledge of our Business Partners and product portfolios to be able to assist with background research to answer airline customer bids
– Quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of our internal reporting system to handle new principals/customers, product set-ups, commission rates, and price changes as needed
– Professionally interact with Business Partners and Distributors as assigned
– Develop creative and content materials for monthly eNews and other presentations
– Interact with other Sales team members on specific assignments
– Interact with the Customer Service team and aid as needed
– Ability to interact with all levels of management
– Ability to occasionally travel
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent
– Minimum 3 years in a professional environment
– Must be able to work with limited supervision and be a self-starter
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills required
– Must live in the greater Dallas area
