Job Description

Responsible for the performance of relatively small technical projects or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of one or more projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects, taking projects from original concept through final implementation.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports.
  • Monitors project progress, identifying risks to schedule and communicating with program managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the preparation of and accountability for project deliverables and ensures adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintains project iShare sites to include all project documentation and capture all project activity.
  • Develops and responds to project proposals, as needed, to support the line of work.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain an Entry on Duty security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and five years relevant experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
  • Minimum of two years of previous project management experience.
  • Knowledge of client business environment and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project and iShare.
