Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, and train sales teams to build and maintain strong customer relations.
– Understand and implement company culture and selling value to our customers
– Be the collective voice of the sales group to assist where needed to improve
– Work with a large number of sales reps to solve problems and offer solutions to customers.
– Work with suppliers to coordinate sales meetings and lead generation programs
– Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
– Assess current team processes and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team
– Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
– Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
– Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
– Assess individual performance and suggest corrective actions as needed
– Be a leader to the sales group and actively support all company initiatives
