Main Responsibilities
- Provide clear direction, support, and daily management of NA Account Executives to ensure that all goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to develop channel strategies and processes to expand their National Account business within both established and new partners.
- Attain monthly sales revenue and quota
- Work across teams/departments to maximize synergies within the organization, manage group deadlines, goals, and budgets
- Lead, manage, motivate, and support each team member to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas
- Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase market share
- Define strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accounts
Qualifications
Main Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of overall related experience along with 3 years of direct report management of regular full-time employees
- Experience in Sales Management and knowledge of National Accounts
- Sales experience into national big box retailers is required
- In depth process knowledge to manage National Accounts effectively and efficiently
- Ability to lead others through change and can manage through resistance
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Analytical approach in identifying opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales team
- This position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city/airport and requires overnight travel to support our National Account partners
- Individual must possess a clean valid state driver’s license to obtain the position
Pay Rate: 120000-125000
Other Compensation: OTE $175000
