Senior Project Manager – (MEO 731)

Location: Hybrid for Columbia, SC, Raleigh, NC, Winston-Salem or Greensboro, NC areas

Senior Project Manager with previous experience managing water and wastewater projects to join the North Carolina Water Team for a world-renowned engineering firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing water/wastewater design, permitting, and construction services through the full life cycle of the project.
• Providing technical guidance, senior leadership, and mentoring engineering staff to enhance our water services design capabilities.
• Being responsible for scope, schedule, budget development, monitoring, and for projects.
• Assisting with the preparation of design engineering drawings and specifications on large complex, multi-discipline design projects.
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships with key decision-makers in our clients’ organizations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering related discipline
• 10 years of related experience.
• Professional engineering (PE) license with the ability to sign off and/or alter engineering drawings.
• Previous experience working on and managing design projects for municipal drinking water, wastewater, and/or pump stations.
• Previous experience working directly with clients.
• Previous experience working and managing projects for municipal clients in this area.
